Jonathan Rainey

Club Chaplain

 

Jonathan Rainey is originally from Tupelo, Mississippi. He began working with FCA in 2003 at Georgia Tech, and then moved to Ole Miss before landing at the University of Washington. “J. Rainey” has a passion for sharing the gospel with athletes and understands the influence of coaches. “Since sports are so big here in Seattle, I would like to see the sports culture reflect the glory of God.” Jonathan currently serves as chaplain to the University of Washington football team and co-chaplain to the Seattle Seahawks.

Jonathan has been chaplain at FCA baseball since 2008.
